Privacy policy
Contact details, requests and security logs
We use contact and delivery details, order contents and correspondence to respond to inquiries and process order requests. Technical security logs may contain IP addresses, browser information and request times. Please do not submit financial credentials or sensitive personal data.
Recipients and unaccepted-request retention
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Only people and service providers needed to operate the website, store requests and fulfill accepted orders receive necessary data. Unaccepted order requests and inquiries are deleted after 90 days unless needed to resolve an active issue.
Accepted records, log retention and safeguards
Accepted order records are retained for up to 3 years for support and accounting purposes, and longer only when a documented legal duty requires it. Website hosting security logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings; contact us for information about a particular request. Access is restricted and reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no system is risk-free.
Access requests, children and external sites
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion; we respond within 30 days after a proportionate identity check. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. This policy describes this storefront, not external sites linked from it.
Information used for a paper order
Checkout asks for your full name, email, delivery street, city, state and ZIP code. Phone and order notes are optional. We also keep the requested notebook or card, quantity, calculated estimate and your acknowledgment of the terms. A delivery address is needed to assess whether we can ship; omitting required information prevents a complete request. Browsing the collection does not require sending a checkout request.
Corrections, correspondence and choices
Use your request reference when correcting a misspelled name, delivery detail or item selection. Please identify the field to change rather than sending an entire identity document. If you are buying a greeting card for someone else, do not put private messages or unnecessary information about the recipient in order notes. Writing in a physical card is your choice after purchase, not a data field we need to fulfill it.
Requests about your information
Tell us whether you want a copy, a correction or deletion and which request or correspondence is involved. We may ask for enough information to match you to the record before disclosing it. A deletion request may not remove an accepted-order record still required for accounting or an unresolved issue; we explain the relevant limitation. Clearing browser storage removes local shopping access, not a request already submitted. Review the Cookie policy for browser choices. Changes to this notice apply to the practices described here; contact us if a particular earlier request raises a question.
